Education investor 2014

The Education Investor Awards 2014.

Joskos are delighted to be shortlisted by the Education Investor Awards 2014 in the Technology Infrastructure category. This latest accolade is yet another testimony to positive impact that Joskos has made to educational ICT industry in the past 15 years.

This latest success is in no small part due to the Joskos Service Delivery team who continue to push their level of services to our schools to ever greater heights.
The Education Investor Awards ceremony will take place at the Hilton Hotel in central London on the 13 November 2014. We look forward to the night being a success for everyone attending but of course we hope that our team will recognised for all their hard work by having the most success!

 

 

Virus Alert

GOZeus & Cryptolocker Viruses

The National Crime Agency (NCA) has issued a warning regarding two particularly ‘nasty’ pieces of malware software that they have recently detected, known as GOZeuS and Cryptolocker.

28 August 2013. We are delighted to have been shortlisted for a 2013 CRN Channel Awards in the category of ‘Specialist Reseller of the Year’.

The CRN awards celebrate the latest technology innovations and advancements, recognising the exceptional achievements of the UK channel industry over the past twelve months. Now in their 20th year, the awards continue to reward outstanding performance in the UK IT marketplace.

School saves £22,000 and 200 hours of IT management time with Joskos and Dell KACE

Bracknell, UK, 19th March 2013 – Dell Software announced today that it has expanded the number of schools that have
implemented its Dell KACE systems management appliances, helping schools cut the amount of time and money required to
support and manage IT devices within the classroom and ensure pupils can use IT assets more effectively as part of their

On the 31st January 2013, Joskos Solutions were pleased to learn that they were shortlisted for the NAACE Impact Awards 2013 in the ‘Technical Support Service Impact’ category. On 14th November 2012, it was announced that Joskos Solutions were among the select group of companies to be short-listed for the BETT 2013 Awards.
 
Joskos were previously nominated as BETT Award finalists in 2010 and actually won a  BETT Award in 2012 but what makes this nomination stand out is that for the first time, Joskos have been nominated in two categories: ICT Service and Support and ICT company of the year.

School saves time, money and energy with Joskos Solutions and Dell KACE

17 Jan 2012. Woodbridge High School in Essex says it has shaved £14,000 off its energy bill since installing a Dell KACE systems management appliance with the help of Joskos Solutions in June 2011.

The appliance provides asset, change and patch, problem, incident, configuration and security management functions as well as desktop power management capabilities.
